A well - established company in the manufacturing industry is now on the lookout to launch their costing department and implement startegies and structures. The ideal individual for this role will have hands on experience with cost modelling and manage all various cost measures.
The ideal individual for this role will be a go getter and will have a passion for the costing role that they do, therefore someone with the ability to take challenges head on.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Costing standards
- Labour costing
- Variance analysis
- Cost Moddeling
As you will be responsible for hitting the ground running extensive experience is essential. You will also be hands on involved with the full costing function including standard costing, overhead absorption as well as inventory control, therefore hands on experience is essential.

- Completed B. Com accounting degree or B.Tech degree in cost and Management accounting
- Completed Honours will be advantageous
- CIMA will be given preference
- 4+ years’ experience in a costing role
- Syspro experience is essential
- Deadline driven
