Exciting opportunity in Germiston for qualified and experienced Cost Accountant from the Manufacturing industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Financial Recruitment desk has an opportunity available for a Cost Accountant in Germiston. Our client is the fastest growing storage equipment manufacturer in Southern Africa. If you come from a manufacturing or production background and you are open for an exciting new opportunity, this may be for you.

The ideal candidate will come from the manufacturing environment and would be able to determine costs based on the technical drawings. The person will need to be able to engage / collaborate with the Sales team, Finance as well as the Production team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree / National Diploma in accounting or cost accounting (essential).
5 years of Cost Accounting work experience in the Manufacturing industry.
Sound understanding of accounting principles.
Solid cost systems background.
Syspro experience essential
Ability to work independently in high pressure environment
