SUMMARY:
Are you a qualified Cost Accountant dealing with large volumes of production in the manufacturing environment then this could be the opportunity for you? Our client is on the outlook for an experienced Cost Accountant who deals with numerous SKUs to come in and streamline processes. Someone analytically sound with a readiness to take up this challenging role.

POSITION INFO:

Analyse stock variances on a monthly basis

Prepare the full labour and overhead calculation

Ensure all production rates are kept up to date

Investigate stock variances and improve the costing recipe

BOMs and WIP calculations

Post stock journals and investigate and minimize stock variances

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience (Non-negotiable)

Must have strong product costing knowledge

Navision experience (Advantageous)

Detail-oriented and analytical-thinker

Standard costing experience

Qualification:

BCom Management Accounting/Financial Accounting or BTech Cost and Management Accounting
