POSITION INFO:

We are an innovative recruitment agency looking for our next shining star! Calling on outspoken, adventurous, hungry, goal driven no nonsense fighters!!! This job is not for the faint at heart! It is fast paced and extremely competitive!

This role encompasses 80% sales, cold calling and hunting for new business (corporate clients)

and 20% admin (general computer knowledge is required)

Are you great at multitasking i.e – Can you be on a call, type and still hear what everyone else is talking about in the office around you. This position requires you to be alert, aware and VERY quick on your feet!

A 360 view on recruitment is as follows:

Get new clients via cold calling and building customer relationships
Get clients to give you business
Deliver on clients requirements
Then, repeat!
The money will come rolling in

Min requirements

Matric
3 years in a sales/cold calling corporate environment
Proven sales targets reached
Excellent business English (written and spoken)
