POSITION INFO:

Purpose of the job:

The purpose of the role is to continue generating income through relationship building for the Group and continual pipeline development for the business.  

Key performance areas, which will include but not be limited to:

• Contacting SME / Corporate companies on a daily basis to set up appointments to establish new relationships
• Building of the sales pipeline across a national level.
• Construct and present tailored proposals in health, fitness and wellness solutions.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the South African Health and Fitness including the corporate wellness sector.
• Manage inbound sales requests to grow business opportunities
• Travel for business and training purposes
• Lead, coach and assist all Sales Managers within the Group regarding the corporate requirements / processes and procedures
• Oversee and manage external marketing events for example: Gold Day, Shopping Centre promotions
• Upholding the compliance standards as set out within the organization
• Continual relationship building with Corporates
• Ensuring that all marketing campaigns are handled and updated from an internal and external purpose
• Ensuring all required contracts pertaining to partners / members are updated on a yearly basis
• All new clubs are advertised and shown on partner websites
• Product updates as per partners
• Handle all campaigns through partners
• Ensuring that Planet Fitness us represented on all the Partner sites and or stores
• Engage with the product department to generate new corporate deals and offers
• Be required to build and grow relationships within the business:

-          Product Team

-          Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager

-          Project Team

-          Marketing

-          Finance

-          IT Department

-          Administration

Requirements:

• Matric/ Grade 12
• Diploma is advantageous
• 3 – 5-year experience in a similar role
•  Valid driver’s licence and own car available for work
• Must be willing to work long hours and nights of events
• Strong Administration Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Must be fully proficient in the use of the computer systems
• Fully proficient in the operating system (generally Microsoft (MS) Windows)
