Corporate Receptionist

If you present yourself in a professional manner with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage, organise and support a demanding office, then this might be your position.  This position demands attention to detail and to deliver the WOW client experience to top end clients.

Requirements: 

• Matric with at least 5 years working experience as front line Receptionist
• Qualification would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Own transport
• Ability to work in Cape Town and do relief duties at different branches

Duties:

• Meet and Greet all walk-in visitors
• Meet and Greet all visitors for scheduled meetings
• Sign visitors in 
• Schedule meeting rooms
• Arrange for refreshments for visitors
• Manage rotation of workstations
• Ad hoc administration duties  
• Ability to meet visitors in Afrikaans or English

This role is front line management and no switchboard duties. Your excellent communication skills and professional approach to visitors vital.
