SUMMARY:
Front line professional Receptionist assisting VIP clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

If you present yourself in a professional manner with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage, organise and support a demanding office, then this might be your position. This position demands attention to detail and to deliver the WOW client experience to top end clients.

Requirements:

Matric with at least 5 years working experience as front line Receptionist
Qualification would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills and fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Own transport
Ability to work in Cape Town and do relief duties at different branches

Duties:

Meet and Greet all walk-in visitors
Meet and Greet all visitors for scheduled meetings
Sign visitors in
Schedule meeting rooms
Arrange for refreshments for visitors
Manage rotation of workstations
Ad hoc administration duties
Ability to meet visitors in Afrikaans or English

This role is front line management and no switchboard duties. Your excellent communication skills and professional approach to visitors vital.
