Responsible for ensuring Reception effectively & efficiently managed

POSITION INFO:

This position will require you to have worked within a Corporte environment,

  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Manage the telephones, taking of messages, emails and all required commumication

  • Responsible for ensuring Reception effectively & efficiently managed

  • Provide visitors with a positive first impression

  • Efficiently assisting & resolving queries

  • Solution and proactive driven

  • Computer literacy - Office / Excel

  • Customer service drive

  • Reliable transport
