JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description
Our client is a financial services provider that offers corporate finance advisory services, specifically within corporate finance, transaction advisory, risk advisory, business restructuring and much more. The Corporate Finance Analyst that they are looking to employ will be responsible for research, modelling, valuations, and all aspects of deal structuring across various projects. They are looking for a candidate who is passionate about service, highly driven and has great attention to detail.

Job experience & skills required
  • Relevant financial degree as a minimum
  • CFA qualification would be highly beneficial
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in any corporate finance space
  • Strong valuations, analysis, tax and modelling skills
