SUMMARY:
Corporate Executive Chef needed to run all kitchen operations of various restaurant brands in Saudi Arabia.

POSITION INFO:

Corporate Executive Chef | Saudi Arabia | Hospitality Group

Experienced CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CHEF is needed to manage all back of house operations for an expanding hospitality group in SAUDI ARABIA.

Main responsibilities:

• To handle all kitchens from various brands of the group
• In charge of development of new brands’ menus
• To operate within the budgets
• To liaise with the main head office located in Kuwait
• In charge of training for new and existing brands

Skills and experience required:

• Formal chef’s training from recognized culinary establishment
• At least 10 years of experience as an Executive Chef
• Experience with menu design
• Excellent knowledge of latest food trends
• Well informed about food allergies and religious food requirements
• Excellent training skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to manage multi-sites and different brands
• Very good stock controls, waste management and food safety

Start: ASAP

Salary package:

• Gross salary of SAR 25000
• Possible additional benefits, based on candidate’s needs
