Corporate Accounts Manager - Johannesburg -

POSITION INFO:

The main responsibility of the role is to identify and acquire new Major/ Corporate potential clients and business opportunities for Managed Document Services. The role is responsible for the successful execution of the sales methodology targeting the top 500 companies in South Africa and management of the relationship with particular customers.

Skills Requirements:

vMatric.

vBusiness related Diploma essential.

vBusiness Degree an added advantage.

vAt least 3 years experience in Office Automation / IT industry essential.

vAt least 3 years experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development.

vExperience in working with corporate business.

vExperience in working with Senior Management to align sales strategies and solutions.

vExperience in business process management.

vExperience managing and closing complex sales-cycles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

ØProfessionally and effectively employs sales methodology skills to achieve targets.

ØIncrease the level of revenue and business mix from individual clients.

ØIncrease share of each target market (vertical market strategy).

ØConduct on-going research and Database management on focus CRM.

ØMaintain an accurate and current database on System.

ØIdentify and develop sources of potential clients.

ØEffectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase.

ØMaintain regular contact with Key Clients & update records accordingly.

ØDevelop & maintain relationships which benefit both client & company.

ØOvercome client resistance/objections to products.

ØAdvise Manager and Sales and Marketing of client feedback/ comments relating to product content & pricing as well as company performance.

ØProvide a weekly schedule of planned activities to achieve target.

ØAchieve sales activities within specified time scales.

ØDemonstrate a full knowledge of all products, relevant selling points and benefits & so doing, match appropriate products to clients’ requirements

ØMaintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, be able to highlight their disadvantages & promote relevant benefits.

ØKeep abreast of competitor activity & recommend any necessary action.

ØProvide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement & activities.

ØLiaise with other members of Business Development Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism.
