SUMMARY:
Our client, a leader within the Office Automation industry has a vacancy for an experienced Corporate Accounts Manager. This position will be based at their offices in Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

The Corporate Accounts Manager will seek opportunities within the corporate market and represents the Company’s entire range of solution offerings and related company products and services as assigned.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Solution development that best addresses end-user needs
• Liaising with the Solutions Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and improve product knowledge
• Employ sales methodology skills to achieve targets
• Increase level of revenue and business mix from individual clients
• Increase share of each target market
• Conduct ongoing research and Database management
• Maintain database
• Identify and develop sources of potential clients
• Maintain regular contact with Key Clients
• Overcome client resistance/objections to products
• Advise Manager and Sales & Marketing of client feedback
• Provide weekly schedule of planned activities to achieve target
• Demonstrate a full knowledge of all products
• Keep abreast of competitor activity
• Reporting
• Promote sales opportunities

Educational Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Business related Diploma essential
• Business related Degree an added advantage

Experience and Skills Required:

• 3 years’ experience in the Office Automation or IT industry essential
• 3 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development
• Experience with Print Management Solutions, Electronic Content Management, Business workflows and Digital Transformation within Corporate Companies
• Experience in working with Senior Management to align sales strategies and solutions
• Experience in business process management
• Experience in managing and closing complex sales-cycles
• Strong Board Room presentation skills
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Negotiation skills
