Well established law firm based in Centurion is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Secretary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric
3-5 Years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary dealing with transfers
Must have experience in Conventional and Sectional Transfers
Must be able to handle 30-40 files monthly from inception to completion
Must be able to work on Ghost Convey and Lexis Nexis
Experience dealing with Bonds will be an advantage
Must reside in or around Centurion
Must be able to work independently
