SUMMARY:
A reputable legal firm in Johannesburg is growing their conveyancing division and as a result they have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Secretary! The successful applicant will have been exposed to Bonds and Transfers as they will be the go to within the firm!

POSITION INFO:
POSITION  :  SENIOR CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
LOCATION :  EASTERN SUBURBS, GAUTENG
SALARY      :  MARKET RELATED

Main purpose of the role:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the Bonds and Transfers function at the firm

Key Skills and Experience

• Completed Grade 12/Matric
• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Legal is advantageous
• Min 15 year experience as a Conveyancing Secretary with exposure to both Transfers and Bonds.
• Must have worked with transfers from start to finish
• Must have worked with Bonds with various Banks from start to finish
