Conveyancing (Bond and Transfers) Secretary based in Pretoria

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric

Fully bilingual

Stable employment record

Must have working experience with Property Transfers (All types)

Must have working experience with ABSA and Standard Bank Bond Registrations

(Able to work independently from inception to finalization of Bond & Assisting clients with the signing of Bond documentation)

•             Meticulous and attention to detail

•             Liaising with Banks/Clients/Deeds Office/Other Law Firms

•             Proper understanding and knowledge of Bank Procedure and requirements i.e. Stordoc etc.

•             Working knowledge of Ghost Convey / e4 / Ghost Practice

•             Strong telephonic etiquette and people skills
