Our client based in Boksburg is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary for the Transfer Department

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

• Grade 12/Matric
• Relevant Qualification
• 5 Years'' plus experience dealing with Full Title and Sectional Title Transfers
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work with high volumes of instructions
• Well-experienced with transfers
• Proven stable track record

Responsibilities

• Drafting of transfer and bond documents, applying for Section 53 Certificates and CSOS certificates
• Submitting transfer duty receipts, obtaining rates clearance certificates and bondholders consents
• Liaising with Clients
• Upliftment of retentions and obtaining all bondholder proceeds for lodgment and registration
• Weekly reporting to clients
• Attending to finances on all transactions
• General conveyancing secretarial duties
