SALARY : R15 000.00 GROSS
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
A specialist law firm offering clients a high level of expertise in Corporate, Commercial, Trust, Tax law and administration of estates is looking to appoint a Conveyancing Secretary.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Matric
3-5 years experience working at a law firm dealing with Transfers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drafting of all types of Certificates, Applications, Affidavits, Powers of Attorney and Resolutions related to Conveyancing transfers.
Reviewing of OTP’s and ensuring all conditions are met timeously.
Requesting guarantees, obtaining clearance and obtaining transfer duty.
Applying for rates clearance, levy clearance and bond cancellation figures.
Attending to finances on each transfer during and upon registration of transfer.
Afrikaans & English fully bilingual.
