POSITION INFO:
The Role is based in Wynberg Johannesburg. The successful candidate will need to have a eye for detail and a sense of urgency, being able to deliver the best possible customer experience to our channel partners.
Our channel Partners are Attorneys, Conveyancers and support secretaires. As a channel support specialist, the expectation is that you are able to support our partners by;
- Ensuring partners are onboarded correctly.
- Channel partners are screened, researched and full due diligence is conducted.
- Partners are set up on our internal systems.
- Users are trained and supported on our portal.
- New leads are captured on our internal systems and are actioned accordingly.
- Diaries are maintained and appointments set up for KAE’s for introductory meetings.
- New deals are screened and packaged for credit, and any outstanding information is requested from channel partners and KAE when and need be.
- The channel support specialist is the conduit between Credit, and Sales.
- Settlement Figures are timelessly provided to channel partners.
- The Channel support Specialist acts as the first point of contact for all channel partners across the bridging suit of products.
- Ageing Feed back is captured on internal systems
Requirements:
- Strong EQ and communication skills
- Attention to detail.
- Client Centric
- Fluent in English
- Technical Skills: Microsoft 365 package including, excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
