SUMMARY:
Conveyancing Transfers Paralegal - EE Tokai Salary: Market related A boutique law firm in Tokai is seeking a Property Transfers Paralegal with excellent technical and people skills. The ideal candidate they require is a highly competent, well organised and self-motivated Transfers Paralegal, to join their high-performing Transfers team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 and tertiary qualification advantageous
• 3-5 years’ experience attending to the administration of property transfers from beginning to end (including finances) in a real estate transfer practice.
• Conveyancing Paralegal diploma (or at least certificate).
• Good numeracy skills (to deal with and finalise any financial aspects of a conveyancing transaction).
• Familiar and fully competent on LexisConvey and GhostPractice would be an advantage. If not, other Conveyancing Software experience essential.
• Experience with Microsoft and Office 365
• Able to work independently
• Strong organisation skills, meticulous, highly administrative with attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for delivering required outcomes accurately and on time.
• A well-balanced individual with high EQ and good people skills.
• Strong drive and initiative, combined with a humble, trustworthy and accountable disposition
• Diligently and meticulously follow the administrative procedures required to transfer ownership of properties.
• Liaise with Estate Agents, Clients, and Attorneys on transfer-related matters.
• Ensure full compliance with all Deeds Office requirements related to transfer
