SUMMARY:
Well-established Law Firm based in Ballito is looking to expand their team and require the services of a capable individual with a professional and friendly attitude to join their practice

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric and a relevant qualification would be an advantage
1-5 years experience in transfers
Experience with bonds would be beneficial
Must have experience working on ABSA, Nedbank and FNB panels
Proficient in Lexis Convey, an added bonus would be having experience with Webconvey and Stordoc
Advantage will be given to vaccinated candidates

Daily duties will include:

Taking ownership of the transaction from beginning to end, including preparation of final accounts
Preparing and maintaining files accurately according to specification
Drafting of all transfer and supporting documents accurately and efficiently and arranging for signature thereof
Drafting loan and bond documents for various financial institution and strict compliance with the various financial institutions service level agreements
