Conveyancing Assistant

SUMMARY:
Do you have minimum 2 years experience working in a Legal Firm as a Conveyancing Assistant and are now wanting to grow your career? Our Client, a reputable leader in this field requires a new assistant for their conveyancing department. If you are bilingual in Afrikaans & English with very good numerical skills, a team-player with a go-getter attitude you will be a good prospect for this role!

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, minimum 2 years as a Conveyancing Assistant

Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English

Accounting and mathematical skills

Strong administration skills with attention to detail

Ability to work well with a team, and assist where needed

Experience on LexisConvey and E4 advantageous

DUTIES

Assistant in all areas of the conveyancing department

Report to the Conveyancers

Drafting of transfer and legal documents

Drafting and compiling of conveyancing documents for lodgement and registration

General office administration duties

Assisting with other team members where required

Salary: R10 – R12k  dependent on experience
