Conveyancer Transfers ( Admitted Conveyancer), Randburg, Rneg + Ben

Responsible for dealing with all Banks and customers in respect of Transfers from start to finish

• Professional and presentable (female preferred)
• Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (Afr & Eng client base)
• LLB Degree completed and admitted as a Conveyancer a must
• Minimum 2 years post admission Conveyancer experience (independently functional)

* Experience in Transfers essential

* Computer literate in Conveyancing software

* Assertive, self-driven and goal orientated

* Able to work under pressure

* Networking skills advantageous

* Own reliable vehicle

* Stable employment record and contactable references

* To start as soon as possible

* Full Conveyancer duties (independently functional)

* Handling of Property Transfers

* Liaison with banks and clients
