Well establish law firm is looking for Conveyancing Secretary or Conveyancer to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Conveyancer Minimum Requirements:

Client is open to Newly Admitted Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancer
Must be able to Draft Conveyancing documents - non negotiable
Will be responsible to sign clients
Experience dealing with Bonds and Transfers

Conveyancing Secretary Minimum Requirements:

Must have 5 year experience dealing with Transfers
Must be able to deal with 50 transfer files monthly
Able to work independently
