• Min 2 years exp in Bond Conveyancing (FNB, ABSA & STANDARD BANK)
• LLB Degree (completed Articles)
• Admitted Conveyancer ( or awaiting admission as Conveyancer)
• Strong exp on LEXIS CONVEY

DUTIES

• Responsible for dealing with FNB , ABSA and Standard Bank - take responsibility for instruction from commencement to finality, following bank SLA. Interaction with other Conveyancers, bank clients.
• Preference to candidates who have had exposure to banks.
• Prior practical experience in a conveyancing department of at least 6 months is non-negotiable.
• Professional and presentable.
