Responsible for dealing with all Banks and customers in respect of BOND REGISTRATION from start to finish
- Professional and presentable
- Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans and English (Afr & Eng. client base)
- LLB Degree completed and admitted as a Conveyancer a must
- Minimum 2 years post admission Conveyancer experience (independently functional)
- Within the following MORTAGE BONDS
- * ABASA
- * STANDARD BANK
- * FNB
* Computer literate in Conveyancing software
* Assertive, self-driven and goal orientated
* Able to work under pressure
* Networking skills advantageous
* Own reliable vehicle
* Stable employment record and contactable references
* To start as soon as possible
* Full Conveyancer duties (independently functional)
* Handling of Property Bond Registration
* Liaison with banks and clients
