My client is looking to onboard a Conveyancer (Developments)

You will need at least 2 years of post-admission experience as a Conveyancer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Signing up of transfer and bond documents for development clients
  • Attending to the processing of the transfers for developments 
  • Processing, updating, and distributing the weekly reports for the sectional title developments
  • Following up on matters where issues are experienced in obtaining documents and information from the clients 
  • Attending meetings requested by the Developers
