JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Essential to be a Conveyancer
Own vehicle
Very well presented
English and Afrikaans
Excellent communications skills

DUTIES

Communicating with clients to receive instructions and offer advice
Liaise with clients, bond originators, agents, land surveyors etc.
Drafting official documents and checking on behalf of your clients
Provide legal advice to clients
Working with estate agents and solicitors
Keeping official records of payments and contracts
Carrying out checks prior to drafting documentation
Administration of deceased estates
General administration duties within the department

Salary: R dependent on experience
