Are you a Conveyancer ready to join a dynamic team in a legal company based in the Cape Town CBD?

Our client, a very well-established legal firm requires your conveyancing experience to join and add value to their successful team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Essential to be a Conveyancer
  • Own vehicle
  • Very well presented
  • English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent communications skills
 
DUTIES
 
  • Communicating with clients to receive instructions and offer advice
  • Liaise with clients, bond originators, agents, land surveyors etc.
  • Drafting official documents and checking on behalf of your clients
  • Provide legal advice to clients
  • Working with estate agents and solicitors
  • Keeping official records of payments and contracts
  • Carrying out checks prior to drafting documentation
  • Administration of deceased estates
  • General administration duties within the department
 
 
Salary: R dependent on experience
