SUMMARY:
A leading law firm in Pietermaritzburg is looking for an energetic and passionate Conveyancer to join their professional team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Completed LLB
  • Minimum 5 Years’ Experience as Admitted Conveyancer dealing with transfers
  • Must have excellent knowledge on property contracts
  • Experience of Deeds Registry procedures and processes as well as exposure to mortgage bond registrations will be beneficial 
  • Must have knowledge on Ghost Convey and Web Convey
  • Must be able to work independently
