SUMMARY:

Our Client is looking for an Admitted Conveyancer based in the West Rand

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years experience as an admitted Conveyancer
Proficient in English and Afrikaans
Able to attend to deceased estates
Transfers relating to deceased estates and deceased estates in general
Must be able to resolve complex conveyancing problems and address clients’ concerns
Must be able to deal with a conveyancing matter from commencement to registration
Must work closely with estate agents
Notary optional (will be a beneficial)
