SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in the North of Johannesburg is looking for a Conveyancer

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Education: LLB Degree / Graduate Diploma in Law

Further Education: Conveyancing and Notarial Practice Certificate

Computer Packages: Lexis Convey previously known as GhostConvey

Duties and Requirements includes but is not limited to the following:

• Legal advice
• Writing real estate agreements, consulting on mortgage documents, and planning lease documents
• Settlement agreements and arrangements
• Before the deal is settled, ensure that all of the contract terms’ unique provisions are met.
• Communicate with financial institutions about the funds needed to complete the settlement charges
