Junior Conveyancer: Correspondent Conveyancing Brooklyn, Pretoria Salary Market Related

POSITION INFO:

Well established Law Firm in Brooklyn is looking for a Junior Conveyancer in Correspondent Department who will also act as their executing Conveyancer in the Pretoria Deeds Office on a dialy basis 

Minimum requirements:

•  Minimum of 2 Years'' post admissions conveyancing experience (non-negotiable)
• Fluent in English
• Sound knowledge of property law
• Exposure to Deeds'' Office procedures and systems
• Prior experience in correspondent conveyancing (not essential)
• Critical thinker
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent administrative, written and verbal communication
