SUMMARY:
A Legal firm based in Centurion would like to employ a Conveyancer to join their team. This is a new position for this established legal firm.

POSITION INFO:

 A Legal firm based in Centurion would like to employ a Conveyancer to  join their team. This is a new position for this established legal firm.

 

Minimum requirements

• More than 8 years’ relevant experience
• LegalSuite experience (essential)

 

Duties:

• Implement all necessary systems to assist the firm to be able to offer conveyancing services
• Management of Property transactions and the transfer process
• Vetting of property transfer related transactions
• Bonds, transfers and deceased estate transfers
• Applicable Due Diligences
• Drafting contracts and legal opinions relating to all aspects of property law

 

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8h00 to 16h30

                              Friday: 8h00 to 15h30

 

Salary: Market related
