Well established Law firm requires the services of a Conveyancing Secretary to join their formidable team.

Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) 

Experienced working on Ghost Convey & Stordoc

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in:

• Development transfers

• Sectional Title schemes

• Bond cancellations

• ABSA and SAHL bonds

• Sheriff, Insolvency, general transfers

• Estate Transfers

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with excellent spelling and grammar capabilities (essential)

Good typing skills

Self-motivated, dedicated and reliable

Must be able to operate under pressure 

Salary: Basic salary R25k to R28k (based on experience
