SUMMARY:
Conversion Supervisor
POSITION INFO:
This role is for a candidate that enjoys working in a fast pased environment, enjoys a production line and if you have experience in the printing or it environment - a bonus. This position is in a factory environment and ideal if you enjoy responsibility, can manage a team of 40 in a respectful manner and has excellent people and management skills.
You will ensure that all the documents are scanned in lien with the defined job paramenters to meet production targets. You will escalate client queries to the relevant consultants for resolution, allocate jobs/workload to achieve maximum productivity, be a hands on coach to the data capturers team, ensure the capturing of all documentation onto the system in line with guidelines, Ensure all processes are adheared to i.e. in terms of labelling, batching and input forms, manage team to meet scheduled production requirements and ensure good housekeeping of the Processing Department area at all times.
Qualification:
Grade 12
Any undergraduate qualification in business administration will be highly advantageous
At least 2 years experience in production environment (document management)
Strong Technical IT background
Application Support experience - troubleshooting and end user assistance
Own transport with valid driver''s licence
