SUMMARY:
Contracts Manager/Customer Relations
POSITION INFO:
The successful candidate will cover a designated market in heavy equipment/yellow equipment and build solid customer relationships to promote and sell customer service and repair work, service contracts, parts, tyres, and equipment. (Servicing and Aftersales Business)
One of the main responsibilities include meeting target revenue, productivity, expenses, and supporting New and Plant Sales with potential leads to grow machine population
Other duties include:
Following up on all quotations to ensure
agreed targets for customer service revenue and parts, tyres and
equipment sales are met.
Ensuring that all work obtained in the field or brought into the workshop is carried out within the quoted cost, to the required standards
Ensuring that all additional work generated from service contracts, service agreements and other customer work are quoted and converted
into orders.
Checking that all jobs are billed correctly.
Assisting with resolving of debtors’ queries
Cold Call potential New and Used machine business
