Contractor Services Controller

SUMMARY:
Contracted Services Controller (Claims) with contracts management experience in commercial heavy vehicles sector to develop the Contracted Service business in line with the Contracted Services Policy provided by the local board and according to other applicable guidelines and policies, such as local legislation.

• Contracted Services Administration
  • Manage the contracts within the portfolio according to global standards to ensure expected results and proper supply of services to customers.
• Perform cost control from workshops and third party suppliers, ensuring contract health result
  • Improvement work according to the Client’s requirements
  • Understand and act according to the Client’s framework.
  • Maintain the normal situation, detect deviations and act  immediately to eliminate them
  • Contribute in daily follow-up, daily steering
  • Participate and contribute in improvement activities based on a standardised working method

Experience and Qualifications:

• Relevant Education or equivalent work experience
• Business knowledge and experience from a similar role an advantage
• Managerial and Leadership experience
• Advanced level in English
• Understanding of financial figures
• Good knowledge of Excel or other analysis tools (QlikView, Power BI, etc.)
