SUMMARY:
Our client in a large mining house is currently seeking a Contractor Coordinator for 24 months contract - paying R47 500 per month.

PURPOSE: Coordination and assistance of Contractor On boarding activities and Communication between involved parties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Relevant Experience in an Operational environment of which at least 2 years of Project Management experience will be recommended.

Knowledge of:
Contractor management
Computer Literacy: MS Office Suite, SAP.

Assist and coordinate on time onboarding of all contractors (registration, medicals, induction and access to systems).
Liaise with contractors on a continuous basis to ensure understanding and compliance with the client Contractor requirements.
Attend project kick –off meetings and liaise with contractors with regards to on boarding requirements as per client SPI.
Carry out a mapping flow chart to show route in onboarding of contractor.
