Exciting opportunity available in the Property space. My client is looking to employ a seasoned Contracting and Conveyancing Specialist. The successful incumbent must have strong, Conveyancing, Loan agreement drafting, Contracting and Litigation experience. Apply Now….

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Provide support on contracting and conveyancing structures
• Provide input into loan agreement templets
• Manage the litigation processes and cases by briefing legal representation
• Loan agreement drafting
• Confirm the accuracy of loan data by reviewing information provided
• Draft loan agreement inline with the approval loan proposal
• Provide FICA certification by reviewing documentation provided

Qualifications:

• A Minimum of an LLB or Similar required
• A Minimum of 5 years conveyancing and/or commercial legal experience is required
• Litigation experience is preferred
• Must have experience working in the Property/ financial services/ Conveyancing environment
•  

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills  
• Excellent presentation, planning and organisation skills
• Hands On
• Must be self-driven, innovative and a strong team player
