Requirements:

Tertiary Marketing Education (Degree or diploma)
Previous exposure working in a marketing environment.
Proven experience with website development & maintenance (Word Press)
Proven experience with social media marketing
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Positive individual and a team player

Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day administrative tasks.
Maintain up-to-date website and social media platforms.
Compiling of artwork briefs.
Requesting quotes from suppliers.
Management of suppliers and delivery timelines.
Handling sponsorship requests and communication.
Organising events and management thereof.
Courier arrangements.
Managing voucher allocation process & payments.
Sourcing of promotional items and competition prizes.
Effective tracking of asset register. (Ensuring assets to be returned in a good state)
Managing CSI Initiatives ( beneficiary renewals, reports and interactions)
Ensuring good relationships with all suppliers; clients; co-workers and stakeholders.
All general marketing activities. (Assisting the Marketing Manager and Account Manager)
