Position Overview: They are seeking a talented and creative Content Writer / Digital Marketer to join our client’s dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that showcases the value of our client's solutions, engages our target audience, and drives brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, engaging content for various channels including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our client's solutions, increase brand visibility, and generate leads.
- SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital properties.
- Manage our client's social media channels, create engaging posts, interact with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
- Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote product updates, and drive conversions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and customer success to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content strategy and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer, digital marketer, or similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO principles, and content marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite).
- Experience with B2B marketing in the software or technology industry is a must.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into compelling content.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
This position is remote and is full time, Monday-Friday.
Starting date: As soon as possible
Location: South Africa (work from home)
Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 CTC
