Content Writer - R28k p/m - Midrand

POSITION INFO:

Our Client is one of South Africa’s largest independent private higher education institutions with 12 campuses across the country and many international students. Due to their exponential growth, they currently have a vacancy for a Content Writer.
Core function: Content writing services to the Marketing team.

Not limited to:

Produce well-researched content for all Eduvos Marketing assets
Use SEO strategies to enhance online visibility through content production
Develop the brand voice of Eduvos
Interpret creative direction and technical information and turn them into persuasive copy concepts

Requirements:

Bachelor''s degree required; Copywriting qualification
At least seven years of experience in copywriting preferably in an agency environment
At least five years of writing experience in the higher education environment
Advanced skills in editing and writing
Demonstrated breadth of experience and solid content writing skills with a strong portfolio
Familiar with the effective use of SEO strategies
Experienced in collaborating with videographers/photographers, multimedia designers, animators, and graphic designers
A discerning eye for content/messaging
Ability to find creative, unorthodox solutions when needed
