The Media Developer is at the centre of how the training and support is shaped and delivered for design projects. They are responsible for the design, build and delivery of digital learning solutions. They provide guidance and support to the Associate Media Developers and support the Design Leads in delivering medium to large scale learning projects.

Qualifications:

3-year Degree or National Diploma in Design or similar

Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience in developing and editing learning-based media content
Experience in Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate, and Adobe creative suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition and InDesign
Experience with creating system simulations and screen capture videos
Ability to innovate with new techniques in training and software and experience in using effective training methodologies and digital tools
