SUMMARY:
URGENT – 1 YEAR FIXED TERM EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A VIBRANT CONTENT & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST POSITION, 5 YRS Minimum Experience with excellent Portfolio of Evidence plus Agency experience advantageous.

POSITION INFO:

I am URGENTLY looking for a Vibrant, Experienced Content & Digital Marketing Specialist WITH MINIMUM 05 YEARS Experience in Digital Marketing Management and or Content Manager Role at Management Level.  Preferred candidates are from Digital Marketing / Brand & Communications Agency and or background/industry with hands on experience in Content & Digital Marketing Management. Exposure to Industry specific to fuel and fleet management / oil and gas industry will be advantageous.


KEY ADDITIONAL INFO:

  • This role will be a Work from Home role, with travel into the office on a required basis as will be agreed with Line Manager from time to time. There will be external travel up to 20% of work time to interface with suppliers and customers.
  • This position is for the Asia, Middle East and Africa and thus travel into these countries might be required for specific events or initiatives.
  • One-year fixed term contract with Three-Month Probation Period.
  • Submission of a Portfolio of Evidence is compulsory upon application (7 – 10 pages minimum).

 

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

 

The primary purposes of the position are as follows:

  • Responsible for Copywriting, Content Creation and Design and providing Creative Digital Marketing support for the Asia Middle East and Africa (AMEA) Inbound Marketing Demand Generation Strategies.
  • Supports the Group Marketing Communications Manager by Managing and Creating Digital Assets and Monitoring Digital Platforms for all Marketing Communications activities to support the entire region.
  • Drives targeted traffic, grows email lists and generates revenue through compelling story telling about company product, solutions and innovations by creating content our audience wants to read through coupled with in-depth research and knowledge of our product and solution suites.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Content Specialisation:

 

  • Conduct Research:
    • Conduct in-depth research of Products, Solutions and Competitors.
    • Identify relevant topics, fact-check, and critically analyse sources that generate relevant information.

 

  • Write and Edit Content:
    • Ideation, Creation and Writing of long – and short form content using the appropriate tone and adhering to brand and style guide whilst meticulously checking for errors in grammar, punctuation, and style.

 

  • Create and Manage Content Strategies:
    • Identify the marketing and campaign aims of the organisation to create content that is in line with strategic goals to contribute to lead generation and marketing attributable revenue by targeting content to specific audiences and creating content that is relevant and in demand. This may involve conducting market research or employing SEO Strategies.

 

  • Maintain Editorial Content Calendar:
    • Adhere to strict deadlines, ensuring that content is created on-time by maintaining an editorial calendar, scheduling due dates and tracking content through the editorial process.

 

  • Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Manage input from cross-functional teams Working with Writers and Designers, Content Specialists ensure that their work meets company standards. Regularly communicate with Writers and Designers to develop content and ensure that deadlines are met.

 

  • Creative Content Creation:
    • Develop Copy and Visuals for promotional and educational tactics designed to support the Demand Generation activities of the business through basic design per corporate framework for all product collateral, inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and Websites (including Website Content, Blogs, Social Media Postings, News Releases, Feature Articles, Advertising Copy, Brochures, Scripts, Database Content, Links, FAQs, e-Newsletters, Events, E-Books, White Papers, Case Studies Infographics, Email Campaigns, Nurture Campaign etc.).
    • Develop content, review and update monthly newsletters (internal, channel marketing and email marketing) collaborating with all business units to ensure on time delivery.

    • Locate and select appropriate, existing multimedia content, Including Still Images, Animations, Music and Video including Stock Photography.
    • Edit Copy received from additional content contributors.
    • Report on institutional and industry related events, news and stories, for use on website and other media.
    • Drive the application and maintenance of graphical brand guidelines across the business.

 

  • Support and Analytics:
  • Capture, monitor, track and analyse marketing leads and ensure lead generation, lead management and lead nurturing processes are adhered to.
  • Administrative support for all marketing initiatives such as Trade Shows, Customer Presentations, Special Events.
  • Support employees and channel communications and tools.
  • Manages Intranet Content, Literature inventory up keeping.
  • Creates Sales Training Material as needed.

 

  • Digital Marketing:
  • Maintain and update website content to facilitate presentation of information.
  • Monitor Social Media Platforms and actively report on trends and insights.
  • Research, track and analyse Google Analytics and Google AdWords data.
  • Monitor and track PPC and SEO scenarios and performance.
  • Monitor and track performance of inbound marketing campaigns on all platforms including Websites, Social Media Platforms, Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound marketing campaign planning, initiation, roll out and closure of campaigns.
  • Conduct Market Segmentation and Analysis of activities as per business requirements.
  • Produce and maintain marketing personas.
  • Maintain an updated marketing database.
