Contact Centre Property Finance Consultant

The Contact Centre Property Finance Consultant will attend to customer queries, send proposals, prospect potential clients for the firm, and answer all incoming calls.

One will also be responsible for outbound projects determined by the Contact Centre Manager and ensure the correct product knowledge, features, and benefits of a product package are explained to potential clients.

The Contact Centre Property Finance Consultant will also be responsible for explaining important figures and terminology in the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to clients.
