SUMMARY:
My client in the IT Solution and Digital Marketing space, seeks a very capable manager for their multi-focused Contact Centre.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Degree or National Diploma in Business
  • Min 10 years within the Contact Centre arena
  • Min 5 years in a Management role within a Contact Centre - ideally in the IT or Digital Marketing related, industry
  • Solid skills in:
    • Leading and motivating a team of minimum 10 with the Contact Centre space
    • Training and coaching
    • Setting pocesses and procedures and ensuring adherence to those potocols
    • Strategizing and managing stats
    • Overseeing technical needs for the upkeep and maintenance of a fully operational and state-of-the-art Contact Centre
  • Quality control
  • Hiring staff and knowledge of Labour/HR processes
