Ignition Group is seeking Contact Centre Administrators for our growing local and international business units, who thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, and who has a strong understanding of MS. Office.

The ideal candidate will be required to lend support to Senior Managers with regards to presentations and reporting, and will require excellent organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritize and plan a varied workload.

We would like to hear from you if you have;

  • A minimum of 1-year uninterrupted experience in an administrative role in a contact centre environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with MS Office, with a focus on MS. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
  • Previous experience with reporting and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Clear records in HR, attendance, and performance (internal).
