Salary & Commission

• First month: Basic CTC of R5,000
• From the second month: Basic CTC of R5,000 + R3,000 attendance allowance + commission
• Commission: R500 per deal for 1–7 deals signed and paid in a month
• Commission: R1,000 per deal for 8 or more deals signed and paid in a month
• The R3,000 attendance allowance is subject to meeting the required attendance and performance expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric.
• 1–3 years’ experience in call centre or telesales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Strong rapport-building abilities.
• Patient and empathetic approach.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to learn and understand products and services quickly.
• Previous experience within financial services, insurance, wealth management or related industries would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pitch products and services to prospective clients.
• Source and contact leads from various databases.
• Identify potential new business opportunities.
• Book appointments for Financial Advisors with prospective clients.
• Manage appointments in line with Financial Advisor diaries.
• Work closely with Financial Advisors and their teams.
• Engage professionally with a target market consisting primarily of medical professionals.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales and appointment-booking targets.
• Contribute to new business revenue.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours apply.
• On Tuesdays and Thursdays, working hours may be extended until 18:30 if required to meet targets.
• If weekly targets are not achieved, additional hours may be required.
• If the overall target is not achieved over a two-week period, Saturday work may be required.

Performance Target

The successful candidate will be required to achieve a target of 10 new appointment bookings per week.
