Job Description:
vOur client requires a self-starter with an outgoing personality who can communicate confidently at all levels to promote their product, secure/build strong business relationships and achieve sales targets for the region. As this position involves travelling, a valid Driver’s Licence is essential and the suitable candidate must be fluent in Afrikaans. The objective is to provide a high level of visibility and support in order to increase support volumes from the Corporate, Insurance Broker and Motor Dealerships distribution channel.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
vSecure new business from dealerships.
vFacilitate growth of installations at fitment centres.
vProvide policy/product information.
vFollow up service on existing and prospective clients.
vWill need to do presentations around product and pricing to both dealerships and fitment centre.
vWill need to report on market share and dealer and fitment centre penetration.
vQuery and account resolution.
vAchieve sales and operational targets set by management.
vProvide client service to both existing and prospective clients.
vAdministration of sales contracts.
vComplete weekly activity reports.
vAttend to point of sale material at dealership and fitment centres.
vMaintain set call rate.
vAchieve sales targets regarding assigned projects.
vDemo account conversion and administration.
vMaintenance of dealer data base.
vAttend to necessary administration.
vAttend occasional after hour functions.
vDo monthly performance reviews with dealers.
vMake sure that the clients brand is visible at the dealerships and fitment centres.
vMaintain a good working relationship with both dealerships and fitment centres.
Skills Experience and Education:
vMatric and a minimum of 1 year sales experience in a dealer/fitment centre environment or 3 years overall sales experience.
vProficiency in MS-Office.
vExcellent presentation skills.
vValid Driver’s License.
vExcellent communication and organizational skills.
vAs this position involves travelling, a valid Driver’s Licence is essential.
