POSITION INFO:

Foreman - Construction

Cape Town, Western Cape 

A prominent Western Cape based construction company is looking to employ the services of a Foreman

Previous experience with large construction companies and on large refurbishment projects will be a distinct advantage. 

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years experience
• Valid drivers license
• Mobile phone 

Skills & Experience:

• Supervisor
• Site Management
• Experienced in finishes
• Setting out of duties
• Prioritizing duties
• Ordering of material utilized on site
• Planning of work ahead and keeping to planning schedule
• Recording of completed works
• Recording of hours worked by each employee

• Confidence and decisiveness

• Planning and organizing
• Information gathering and problem analysis
• Quality and detail orientation
• Presenting and communicating information

SALARY: R------R35 000 per month negotiable dependent on skills and experience
