Responsibilities:

• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets as set by management
• Demonstrate a successful track record in relationship building and networking within the construction industry
• Account management
• Present and sell company products and services to current and new business customers through sales visits
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Drive profitable sales growth through new business development efforts while developing positive relationships with customer and within the organization
• Find and develop new project sales opportunities
• Solidify reputation as a trusted advisor deploying consultative approach to generating new business
• Identify strategic opportunities and establish sales tactics to penetrate and develop specific clients in assigned regions and markets
• Review competitive market landscape and recommend, develop, and implement new and creative tactics to maximize sales opportunities and revenue
• Represent and exemplify core values and business principles
