SUMMARY:
Projects Manager required for build, refurbishment and Construction project management in the Build environment.

POSITION INFO:

Construction Project Manager with in-depth construction industry knowledge and experience.

Qualification: Degree or equivalent or Diploma in Built environment

Project Management qualification a plus

Registration with SACPCMP

5 years experience in building projects on-site.

Project Manager will be responsible for the following duties but not limited to

Oversee, manage and direct construction projects.

Budget planning and cost estimating

Monitor inventory regularly

Prepare internal and external reports

Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations

Train and give feedback to construction workers and subcontractors

Ensure tools, materials and equipment is available and in good condition

Ensure quality construction standards
